This month I want to touch on a ton of things; but I’ll just focus on three major issues that have
been going on lately. I don't want to be a policy monger or have negative things floating around so
let's just clear the air and get these out to the field so that everyone is on the same page. If you
have any questions about any of the info below, please go directly to your personal sponsor. If he/she
cannot answer your question, they will ask their sponsor and so on and so on. We are a TEAM and a
TEAM works together to pass along information and to help each other. Let's start practicing that.

-           Stacking of Sales: Stacking of sales is against FYP policy and as of Jan. 1st is cause for termination.
What is stacking of sales? It’s very simple – it’s putting a purchase under any other IBA. Period. Example:
Sue needs Joan to be a director but Joan is $50 short in her sales. Sue puts an order in under Joan’s back
office to get Joan to director status. This is against policy and will not be allowed. Rule of thumb: Put your
orders in under your own name; never under any other IBA for any reason. It’s honestly that simple.

-           Stacking of Recruits: Stacking of recruits is against FYP policy. This one is really a no brainer to me; I
would never stack recruits. I fully believe in building your downline Wide and Deep – you build it wide and
then allow those IBA’s to build it deep. That is how the structure of network marketing is set up anyway.
Why would someone ‘stack’ a recruit and what is ‘stacking’? Stacking is when you have a potential rep and
you sign them up but put them under someone else in your downline. Why would someone think this is a good
thing? Because, in theory, you are helping your rep build a team. In reality, you are shooting yourself and
that new rep of yours in the foot! Honestly – sign up your reps and keep them in your first line. The only time
I would suggest ‘referring’ them to someone else is if they really want someone local or something like that.

-           Solicitation: Soliciting past, current, and future IBA’s is against FYP policy. Again, this one is very, very
simple to understand. You may not promote a business opportunity or a product that you are selling to other
IBA’s. The only reason you know these IBA’s and have access to them is because of your business relationship
with FYP. Don’t abuse that relationship by soliciting IBA’s. Example: Cindy joins a candle company and sends an
e-mail out to her entire downline letting them know she’s with xxx company and what products she’s offering.
This is soliciting and is absolutely not allowed. This is in the FYP contract/application that all IBA’s sign.

All of these policies have been in place for years. It’s unfortunate that recent events have brought them back up.
There is a new information sheet in the back office under Sales Tools – it goes over much of this as well and is
great for reference.

Just a couple of other things I wanted to go over:

- New Recruits: Starting a few weeks ago FYP is now sending a welcome e-mail (sponsor should receive a CC) to all new recruits – this is AWESOME! It tells them what kit promotion they signed up under, what their qualification period
is, etc. Yet another thing that FYP listened to the IBA’s about – we’ve been asking for this for quite a while!

- Credit Cards: Please make sure that you do not use your personal credit card on a new rep’s application. I know you
want to help the new rep out but they need to have a credit card to do business anyway. There’s more on this in the
Feb. FYP Newsletter (that I just know you have all read……..right?).

Want your piece of the $1K giveaway? Earn one 'draw' for every task you complete.
Each 'draw' will have anywhere from $10 to $100 cold - hard- cash for YOU!
You MUST ATTEND the FYP Convention in July to get your cash - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Here's how to earn your draws:

February: E-mail tara@partiesbytara.net by midnight EST Feb. 28th if you have
registered (layaway counts!) for convention.

March: Sign up one new recruit (all paperwork in, ofb's submitted by midnight last day)

April: Can you Bonus? Have $2K or more in Sales in April.

May: Do an OFB party in May to earn your draw!

June: Have $1K in sales and Sign up one new recruit.

I will keep track of your draws accumulated. I will also send you an e-mail each month if you
earned a draw. A draw is an 'envelope' that will have a cash bill inside from $10 - $100.
The number of draws accumulated by the team determines the amount of cash in the envelopes.
You must attend convention to receive your draws. If you transfer your registration you do not
get your draws. If you are the receiving transfer; I will look back and see what you earned.
