What are your  2008 Goals?

It's that time of the year when I really focus on two things - setting my goals........and taxes!

We won't focus on taxes today - let's focus on Goal Setting. Goals are SO important, in your personal
life and in your business life as well. You have already taken one major step towards reaching your
goals by starting your own FYP Business! Now you have to decide what you want to do with it. Goals
can be set in terms of time, such as one month, three months, a year, etc. Goals can be set in matters
of need - financial, personal, etc.

Here's a list of questions you can ask yourself that will help set your FYP goals:

- What do I want to do? (trip to Hawaii? Move up in Management?)
- What do I want to have? (bigger kit? large downline?)
- What do I want to become? (financially independent? National Director?)
- What do I want to learn? (how to recruit? how to manage?)
- What do I want to spend my time on? (training? cold calling? parties?)
- How much money do I want to have? (car payment? retirement?
- What is the purpose of me doing this? (to quit a job? stay with the kids?)
- What are the rewards and benefits of doing this? (financial - recognition)
- What will I have to do to make this happen in 1-3-5 years? (set your goals!)

Answer these questions and you will find that you have many goals! We each do - it's actually
writing them down, visualizing them, telling people about them - those are what make them a reality.
